PALMER 2015 CABERNET SAUVIGNON - 6 PACK

Good colour; the wine is only medium-bodied, but has all the autocratic attitude of thoroughbred cabernet. There's blackcurrant (rather than cassis), dried herbs and bay leaf, black olive and a hint of earth. French oak is a pure support act, tannins thumping the big bass drum on the finish.
